Employees of Kaneka Nutrients, L.P. its parent company, promotion and advertising agencies, and related companies or other individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of promotion materials and persons who are immediate family or who reside in the same household as persons in the preceding categories are not eligible to enter or win. HOW TO ENTER. Enter online by submitting a testimonial regarding your personal use of KanekaQ™, and the impact you derived from that use, at www.kanekaqh.com. (Internet access is required to enter for a chance to win this promotion.) Testimonials should be at least 75 words long. To be included in the drawing, you must also provide your name, address, phone number and date of birth along with your testimonial; and you must accept these Terms and Conditions. Only entries received electronically will be considered.
PROMOTION DETAILS. This sweepstakes starts at midnight (12:00 AM) Central Standard Time (CST) on Oct. 1, 2008 and ends Jan. 1, 2009 at midnight (12:00 AM) CST. All entries must be received no later than midnight (12:00 AM) CST on Jan. 1, 2009 in accordance with the entry rules listed above.
Limit one testimonial/entry per person per quarterly prize period. No individual may enter under more than one name, address or email address.
PRIZE. One (1) grand prize winner will be chosen at random from all eligible testimonials to receive a prize pack including a two-month supply of KanekaQH™ several additional CoQ10 health & beauty products; and a gift card worth $100.00. Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $300.00.
ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
DRAWING. Gift pack winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be held on or about Jan. 15, 2009.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER. Winner will be notified via telephone, mail or email on or around Jan. 20, 2009. Winner must claim prizes by phone within five (5) days of notification. In the event that winner does not confirm within five (5) days, alternate winner will be notified in the order of which they were drawn. This procedure will continue until one (1) grand prize winner has been selected.
Winner will be required to sign and return a certification of eligibility, a release of publicity and liability and/or an alternate contestant within fourteen (14) days of notification. Except for the specific prizes listed herein, the winning contestant shall be responsible for any and all other costs associated with participating in this promotion.
Winner's prizes will be mailed to the address submitted on the official electronic entry via the United States Postal System. Winners should expect to receive their prizes within four to six weeks of verification of their eligibility.
